2 FAMILY HOME

Legal Fee: $2,200.00-2,500.00 (Depending on whether approval required from local municipality or condominium Review Board)

Includes: Drafting of Master Deed, Declaration of Trust, By-Laws, Unit Deeds and 6(d) Certificates.
Also includes: coordinating and incorporating site and unit plan information and client review cycle.

Site Plan: $750.00

Unit Plan(s): $500.00 per unit plan


3 FAMILY HOME

Legal Fee: $2,700.00-3,000.00 (Depending on whether approval required from local municipality or condominium Review Board)

Includes: Drafting of Master Deed, Declaration of Trust, By-Laws, Unit Deeds and 6(d) Certificates.
Also includes: coordinating and incorporating site and unit plan information and client review cycle.

Site Plan: $750.00

4 FAMILY HOME

Legal Fee: $3,500.00-4,000.00 (Depending on whether approval required from local municipality or condominium Review Board)

Also includes: coordinating and incorporating site and unit plan information and client review cycle.

Site Plan: $750.00

5 OR MORE FAMILY HOME

Pricing Negotiable.


Note: The pricing quoted above does not include seller representation (i.e. purchase and sale agreements, review of closing documents or closing attendance). Recording fees required by the Registry of Deeds (approximately $500.00) are also not included. A modest fee increase will be added in the event a buyer and/or their attorney request several separate changes to the condominium documents.
