As a Buyer's attorney we often represent our client from the initial offer through closing. This includes: reviewing the Offer to Purchase, reviewing and revising the Purchase and Sale Agreement, making referrals to mortgage lenders if necessary, reviewing condominium documents for buyers, protecting the Buyer's deposit, confirming the Buyer receives a formal loan commitment from their lender, coordinating with the Seller's and Lender's attorney to help ensure the closing takes place on schedule, and attending the closing to ensure the Buyer's interests are protected. The firm offers a discount program to our clients. When we represent both the Buyer and the Lender we offer a 50% discount on the Buyer's attorney fee. Contact us for details.
